Synergy is a professionally run company established in 2015 to resolve the maintenance and repair challenges faced by homeowners and commercial property owners in and around Pune. Mrs. Shweta Sant and Mr. Kedar Tokekar founded the company with one goal: to deliver top-notch repair and maintenance services across every type of property.

Over the years, Synergy expanded into complete renovation, interior work, and broader construction and maintenance services. Mr. Vaibhav Sant and Mr. Amol Sant, who together bring almost 28-30 years of construction experience, helped grow Synergy into a full-service repairs and maintenance company that offers everything under one roof.

In 2019, Ms. Nikita Sant joined to lead marketing and expand the company’s digital presence.
