How it started
Synergy was set up in 2015 by Shweta Sant and Kedar Tokekar to solve a problem most property owners in Pune know too well: finding a repair person you can actually call back. What began as a small plumbing and electrical outfit slowly grew into a full repair and maintenance company that homeowners and offices now rely on year after year.
Vaibhav Sant and Amol Sant, who together bring close to thirty years of construction experience, joined to push Synergy into complete renovation, interior fit-out and larger civil and construction projects. In 2019, Nikita Sant came on board to run marketing and build the company’s presence online, which is why you’re reading about us here.
Today Synergy is a trusted maintenance and repair company in Pune, working with clients across Maharashtra through a team of engineers, supervisors and skilled tradesmen who show up on time and finish what they start.
